COMMUNITY SAFETY PARTNERSHIP - HEALTH CHECKS 

Our Health Checks are designed to evaluate whether the processes in place are really delivering what your business, and your customers, need. Our standard Health Check includes; 

• Assessment of documentation and practical application 
• Evaluation of efficiency and effectiveness 
• Validation of legal compliance and conformance to relevant standards 
• Risk management 

Findings are presented in a detailed diagnostic report including any identified recommendations.  

CRIME AND DISORDER STRATEGIC ASSESSMENTS 

It is important that Strategic Assessments are undertaken to identify key issues, trends to forecast how issues will develop in the forthcoming year. We are able to produce clear Strategic Assessments which will enable your CSP to develop effective strategies to effectively meet current and emerging needs. 

The Strategic Assessment will also identify knowledge gaps which may need to be addressed to enable increasingly comprehensive understanding of the issues impacting your area.

Community Safety Strategies are essential to providing a clear vision for Community Safety Partnerships about what needs to be achieved.  Using the findings from your strategic assessment and our experience we can draft the CSP, including facilitating workshops, for the final agreement of your CSP.

Support the Strategy we can also put together supporting Delivery Plans and governance structures.

POLICY AND PROCEDURE DEVELOPMENT

Using our experience of best practice we can develop Policies and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure that those responsible for delivering services and activities understand the corporate position and can be confident of consistent delivery across their organisation.
